With their taste and quality, Campo dei Fiori products are often a source of inspiration in the kitchen. Certainly they are for Alice Balossi, a food blogger with a real passion for desserts... and not only!
Alice has in fact developed a series of sweet and savory recipes in which Campo dei Fiori's Burro Formato Casalingo butter is the protagonist or a valid ally to enrich the taste of different preparations.
This is the case of the potato gateau, in a version that follows the classic French recipe.

Ingredients for 4 people:
Potatoes: 500 g
Campo dei Fiori butter: 50 g plus a few flakes of butter for the mold and for the surface of the gateau
Cooked ham: 100 g
Grated parmesan: 20 g
Eggs: 1
Salt and pepper: as required
