The Burro Campo dei Fiori - FOO’D butter range is in expansion
Davide Oldani and Campo dei Fiori present a new, premium-quality lightly salted butter: Burro Campo dei Fiori FOO’D Leggermente Salato
The
Burro Campo dei Fiori - FOO’D butter range, launched by
Campo dei Fiori and
Davide Oldani, the Michelin-starred chef and creator of Cucina POP, is in expansion. In fact, the classic unsalted
Burro Campo dei Fiori - FOO’D butter now comes in the
Lightly Salted version.
Made from churned full cream milk, Burro Campo dei Fiori - FOO’D Leggermente Salato (Lightly Salted) butter unites excellence with an accessible price tag.
Available in refrigerator displays in the classic 250 gramme block format, the excellent quality of Burro Campo dei Fiori - FOO’D butter comes from the selection of the raw materials. In fact, it’s made with churned full cream milk. This production method enhances the cream’s organoleptic properties giving the butter a rich yet balanced flavour, which makes it perfect for use in the kitchen.
“Butter is an ingredient that marries perfectly with the new canons of Italian cuisine – which usually tends to be quite light –when it is used in harmony with the other ingredients, or, more precisely, avoiding the constant use of the same ingredients in the menu and keeping an eye on how much is used. Salted butter is great consumed as it is, but it can also give added value to meat and vegetables. It allows you to reduce the use of salt, adding a slightly salty and creamy flavour to the dish. It can also add a surprising finishing touch to fish”, says Chef Davide Oldani.
