Burro Campo dei Fiori - FOO’D butter is born Davide Oldani and Campo dei Fiori bring Cucina POP to Italian dinner tables

Campo dei Fiori and Davide Oldani, Michelin-starred chef, creator of Cucina POP and Ambassador for Expo 2015, announce the birth of Burro Campo dei Fiori - FOO’D butter.

Now available on the market, Burro Campo dei Fiori - FOO’D is a churned full cream milk butter selected by Davide Oldani and Campo dei Fiori, which brings the core values of Cucina POP to Italian dinner tables: excellence and affordability. In fact, Campo dei Fiori - FOO’D is a premium quality butter, without the premium price tag, that is available in refrigerator displays in the classic 250 gramme block format.

The excellent quality of Burro Campo dei Fiori - FOO’D comes from the selection of the raw materials. In fact, it’s made with churned full cream milk. This production method enhances the cream’s organoleptic properties giving the butter a rich yet balanced flavour, which makes it perfect for use in the kitchen.

“We’re very proud of the Burro Campo dei Fiori - FOO’D project, which is based on the highest principles: on one side, it’s driven by the innovative philosophy and culinary genius of Davide Oldani – an undisputable protagonist in contemporary Italian cuisine and testimonial of its values worldwide –, while on the other, it’s deeply rooted in Campo dei Fiori’s quality and tradition”, states Giorgio Monaco, Commercial Director of Campo dei Fiori.

“New Italian cuisine, which is typically light in nature, allows for the use of butter, as long as you respect the harmony of the dish and avoid repeats of the same ingredients in the menu”, commented Chef Davide Oldani.
