Burro Campo dei Fiori - FOO’D is a butter made using churned full cream milk. Selected by Davide Oldani, it comes in two versions: unsalted and lightly salted. This production method enhances the cream’s organoleptic properties giving the butter a rich yet balanced flavour, which makes it perfect for use in the kitchen.
