Sometimes it takes very little to cheer up: for example a small buttery cuddle, like the butter torcetti that the food blogger Alice Balossi makes crumbly and fragrant using the Campo dei Fiori's Burro Formato Casalingo. Flour: 250 g
Burro Formato Casalingo: 120 g at room temperature
Water: 120 ml slightly warm
Brown sugar: 80 g
White sugar: 50 g
Salt: 5 g
Dry brewer's yeast: 2 g
