Burro Campo dei Fiori - FOO’D is an unsalted butter made using churned full cream milk selected by Davide Oldani.  This production method enhances the cream’s organoleptic properties giving the butter a rich yet balanced flavour, which makes it perfect for use in the kitchen.

When using the classic unsalted version of Burro Campo dei Fiori – FOO’D, we recommend using it raw or melting it off the heat, to prepare rice, meat sauces, fish and vegetable dishes.

Burro Campo dei Fiori - FOO’D Leggermente Salato is perfect eaten as it is, but it’s also great for making pies, sweet shortcrust pastry and tarts.
